Risk Assessment
In cooperation with our partners, we offer a range of services within the field risk assessment. Generally, our service can be split into process safety and machinery safety.
Process Safety
We cooperate with Dyadem, one of the world's market leaders in Operational Risk Management and Quality Risk Management solutions. Dyadem provides software and services that empower companies to reveal and manage risks to people and products in the design and manufacturing process.
At present RGE provides services within the field process hazard analysis of process plants. We work with different kinds of methods as HAZOP, What If, LOPA, fault-tree analysis and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). We offer to facilitate workshops and we use Diadem's PHA-Pro software for documentation and reporting of the individual workshops.
We also offer to assist your company with improving the organisational competence within the field of Risk Analysis. This includes determination of the tolerable risks, failure on demand of different safety barriers (protection layers). We can support and guide the organisation in using of reliability of data and determining the likelihood of different types of incidents.
Machinery Safety
Within Machinery Safety, we offer assistance with bringing together the required technical documentation as basis for an EC Conformity Declarations for machinery or the Incorporation Declaration of partly completed machines under the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
A documented systematic risk assessment must be carried out before a machine is CE marked. We perform the risk assessment in accordance with DS / EN 14121-1 and DS/ EN 1412.
